Frances leads our research and strategy practice. With deep experience in healthcare, she's worked on everything from clinical trial software to patient-facing services. She specializes in 0→1 design research, new product strategy, and desirability testing: helping teams shape early ideas with rigor and imagination. Her work blends systems thinking, creative framing, and surfacing actionable insight.
Spencer leads our technical and product execution. He's a developer and technologist with a rare mix of speed and depth who is equally comfortable prototyping new interactions and building production-ready software. He's spent 10+ years as an editor at Techmeme, giving him a wide-angle view on tech trends and product feasibility. When you need a working tool yesterday, Spencer is who you want building it.
